The Perchloric Acid Fume Hood SJHB PP24 is engineered for special experiments involving perchloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and similarly aggressive media that demand the highest level of containment safety.
The main body uses flame-retardant, corrosion-resistant material, while the deflector, collection hood, and related parts are made of corrosion- and high-temperature-resistant material for robust protection against acids, alkalis, corrosion, and heat. The transmission mechanism uses a corrosion-resistant polymer fiber cable for dependable long-term operation.
A self-circulating purification technology efficiently captures volatile perchloric-acid gas, preventing hazardous accumulation. Extensive "口"-, U-, and T-shaped reinforcement delivers a stable structure with outstanding load capacity, and the design air volume reaches 1,350 m³/h at 0.5 m/s with leakage below 0.05.
Third-party tested to CMA, CNAS, and ILAC-MRA standards and compliant with ASHRAE 110-2016 and JB/T 6412-1999. Available in 2400×1100×1200/1500/1800 mm.
