The PP Ultra Clean Platform is a laminar-flow local air-purification device that maintains an ideal, consistent air velocity across the clean work area through an adjustable air-volume fan system.
Air is delivered through a "super filter" of laminated microporous foam, forming a continuous, dust-free, sterile laminar flow—high-efficiency clean air that removes dust, fungi, and bacterial spores larger than 0.3 µm. The cabinet body is built primarily from PP board for strong acid-, alkali-, and corrosion resistance.
A German EBM fan drives a clean-air flow rate of 24–30 m/min, sufficient to prevent contamination from nearby air disturbances, while the movable vertical sash locks at any height to protect the operator.
Widely used in laboratories, biopharmaceuticals, optoelectronics, microelectronics, and hard-disk manufacturing, it is offered in 1200/1500/1800×750×2280 mm with corresponding workspaces of 1000/1300/1500×600×750 mm.
