The Customized Ventilation Room is built for kilogram-scale chemical synthesis and the temporary storage of waste liquids, offering a walk-in enclosure where large instruments and bulk operations can be handled safely.
The main body is made of polypropylene and the frame undergoes special reinforcement treatment, providing strong resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion across a large, high-traffic structure.
Manual vertical-linkage sliding doors—available as sliding or folding configurations—make it easy to move large instruments in and out and to perform maintenance. Three-stage airflow guidance with proportional exhaust ensures timely, effective discharge of gases with different specific gravities, while explosion-proof lighting and 5 mm transparent PVC or tempered-glass panels keep the space safe and visible.
Dimensions, layout, and functional configuration are fully customizable to non-standard requirements. By significantly reducing the fresh-air load on indoor air conditioning, the room delivers high efficiency and energy savings.
